My personal reference machine is a Revox A77 MKII Original and a highly modified B77 MKI.
My B77 is a unique beast. I have personally customized it to incorporate the legendary “Kaneda-Style Balance Current Transmission DC Recording” system, invented by the Japanese audio genius Akihiko Kaneda.
By integrating this innovation—connecting recording amplifiers directly to the heads—I have fused German mechanical precision with Japanese analog innovation to create a system that surpasses even the original.
